Morning has arrived, and you’re driving to your first client’s home with your cleaning kit in tow and a playlist humming low. You’re training today - paired up with a teammate who’s been on the team for a few years and remembers what it’s like to be new.
They show you the rhythm:
Start top-down.
Work with care.
Check the corners.
Respect the space.
It’s not just about dusting or scrubbing. It’s about caring for the places that matter most to our clients, always leaving them a little better than they were found. That feeling of a job well done? That’s what keeps clients coming back - and what makes teammates stick around.

✦ Being a Maid Easy Team Member
As a Maid Easy team member, you can expect:
Diverse clients with diverse spaces. Some are quiet bungalows owned by retirees; Others are buzzing family homes; And sometimes you’re prepping a brand new space to be ready for its proud new owners or renters.
Hands-on training that will teach you to read the space, ask questions, and take pride in your finish. You’ll gain experience and skills that last a lifetime, including some tips and tricks we’ve refined over our years in the business.
Support and care from our entire team. At Maid Easy Cleaning, we want to grow WITH you. This means flexible hours, optional group health benefits (for full-time staff) and lots of room to advance as our team grows and flourishes.
Your base wage starts at $18/hour, with a performance review after your first 3 months (which offers you an opportunity to advance to a Junior/Senior cleaner, Team Leader or even a team trainer). We offer both part-time and full-time positions, so if you’re balancing school, caregiving, or just easing back into the workforce, there’s space for that.
No previous cleaning experience? No problem. We train you on-site, teach you the process, and support you as you grow.

Reliable and Punctual
Friendly, with a solutions-forward attitude
Open to learning
Legally able to work in Alberta
Can pass a standard background check
Own your own vehicle and are licensed to drive
